Open Position – AREA MANAGER / TERRITORY SALES MANAGERÂ – Drip Irrigation

The company is establishing its brands by doing intensive promotional activities among the farmers, and aims to attain leadership position in the market as manufacturer of ‘Economical and Innovative’ drip irrigation solution.
For its aggressive expansion plan, it is looking for professional for the following positions.
The assignment offers a rare opportunity to market a new concept of irrigation technology.
Responsibilities:
Responsibility is to independently manage sales in the assigned territory.
Key result areas:
a. Sales and collection
b. Establishing & managing dealer channel.
c. Planning and executing promotional activities at the farmers level (BTL)
like demonstration farmers meeting, bazzar publicity and digital marketing etc.
d. The Area Managers will lead a team of Territory Sales Managers
Qualification and Experience:
Candidates should be graduate in any stream preferably Agricultural Engineering or Agricultural Science with experience in field sales of drip irrigation or, agricultural inputs.
Experience in Agri. Marketing in a must.
Experience of field promotional activities is a plus.
Location:
Punjab / Haryana, Rajasthan, U.P, MP, Jharkhand / Bihar , Gujarat, Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh and Telengana
Remuneration: Based on education and experience.
