Roles and Responsibilities: 

• The Export Sales Manager will play a pivotal role in meeting export sales targets within the assigned geography.
• The company has already developed dealer network and business in many countries in Africa, South East Asia and Latin
  America etc. For further and rapid expansion, it is looking for dynamic professional
• Handling export enquiries: Providing quotes, coordinating technical discussions, and negotiating terms.
• Developing a robust dealer network globally and providing comprehensive marketing support.
• Cultivating collaborations with NGOs and governmental bodies overseas.
• Managing relationships with large customers overseas.
• Conducting market intelligence, online research, and data gathering activities.
• Supporting the Digital Marketing team in overseas advertising efforts.
• Participating in exhibitions and trade shows overseas.
• Overseeing export logistics and managing government incentives-related processes.
• Exposure to Drip Irrigation is a must.

Education:

A graduate degree, preferably in Agricultural Science or Agricultural Engineering.
Experience in the Drip Irrigation.
Fluency in English communication is essential.
Strong communication skills, sales acumen, and a willingness to travel abroad are prerequisites for this role.
Prior experience in export is not necessary.

2. R & D and product testing.
3. Training.
4. Analysing product complaints.
5. Supervising installation of large projects.
6. Preparation of Technical Brochures. 
7. Presentation to institutional customers.

The candidates must be graduate in Agricultural or Mechanical Engineering with 3 to 10 years of experience in drip irrigation design and providing technical guidance. Must have sound technical knowledge of micro irrigation.

Willingness to travel abroad will be a plus point.
